Not painted 'rough' Try to imaging leaving 20 year old bike outside in the uk for couple of years and then cutting and welding it up not painting the frame or the welds or any polish or hard cleaning was going to say the picture make it look better than it is, but it depends what your understanding of better is its rough and ready viewing highly recommended
The seat is amazing, bottoms out from time to time (I am 15st) the backfire is both periodic and can be forced (if you don't want the back fire just re-jet it) the bars are .......very wide no speedo ignition light only 
The pink/red sparkly metal flake tank is surprisingly fitting, was looking for black one but kept this
The side panels are surface rust, untreated 3mm sheet steel, its hard tail, rear tyre is cheap but with good tread and as its cheap it allows you to slide it almost anywhere

Mot'ed also have it taxed as use it regularly nipping around, you can't ride it without massive grin 
Reserve is £1,800 only for protection and if it doesn't make it am not bothered, will keep its its the cheapest fun have had in long type.

yes lights work including both brakes, no indicators
