Triumph Trojan Minimotor Autocycle 1951 (Project) for sale
Current customer rating: (0) based on 0 votes
Selling as project as the tank and motor have been removed whilst stored. Tank is currently filled with 2-stroke oil to protect from corrosion during storage. Working perfectly prior being stored for approx last years and would expect this still to be the case once the motor and tank are re-attached. The bicycle itself is classic, traditional, steel-framed Triumph push-bike and has rare Sturmey Archer dynamo hub and leather Brooks saddle. New tyres. Reassembly will be simple. The petrol tank bolts onto the seat-post bracket then motor bolts to the underside of the tank. Reattach throttle cable and clutch mechanism. Copy of original sales/instruction manual (on how to do the above) is included along with lots of previous MOTs and tax discs of historic value. Feel free to contact me for viewing prior to purchase. I'm happy to spend some time running through the simple reassembly in person, prior to sale. Currently SORNed, this autocycle is tax and MOT exempt but you do have to go through the formal process of registering on the DVLA website. Please check the latest rules for this. V5 document in order. Non transferrable, historic number plate so the plate can only be used on this vehicle. This is lots of fun to ride and really gets some looks. I'm selling it as I've had my fun out of it and it's not getting the use and attention it deserves. Please ask for any info that may have missed. Payment by Paypal required within 48 hours of purchase. This will be the binding payment terms unless we agree otherwise prior to sale. Collection only and must be collected by buyer within days of purchase.
