Affordable classic CX500

 I have been doing up cx500's for few years and am now selling up all my bikes and spares to enable us to move house. I acquired this rolling  chassis complete less engine few months ago. It was in an un-restored state but nice condition, just needing checking over, good clean and some tlc.
I have installed an engine that bench rebuilt last summer, and think it is year older than the chassis/reg.number. I have not yet changed the V5 to reflect the new engine number. It runs sweet and has had many new parts fitted during the rebuild. Notably the mechanical seal has been renewed along with all O-rings and oil seals. all gears select as normal and the bike runs up to temp. and stays there. Small mark on dual seat, like ciggy burn. Shame as seat is otherwise immaculate, (although think an aftermarket one..) The front brakes seem little spongy (poss need another bleed) so have not yet M.O.T'd the bike. I will do this within the next weeks, but the price reflects the small amount of work to be done. Instant starter, no smoke or rattles. If get round to doing the brakes and new M.O.T, will be adding another £150 to the present price.Standard 'bike, nice patina, cycle parts in very good condition, priced to sell.
