1972 Harley Davidson SportsterThis is very nice Harley Davidson Sportster. The bike has19,582 original miles. The bike has not been chopped or changed in any way. Itstill has original exhaust pipes that sound very nice. Almost everything onthis bike is stock condition. The 1000cc Engine runs great. The top end wasfreshened up couple years ago and it has good power.  The gauges work great also. The engineruns great or doesnt have any issues. It still has the stock zenith Bendixcarburetor that was rebuilt when the top end was done.  It does drip little oil from time to timebut not bad.  The paint is nice but doeshave few small flaws and chips due to use. The bike rides and handles verygood. The bike shifts as it should with no issues. This is right hand shiftso if you aren’t use to it you might take few rides around your neighborhoodto get the feel of it. The seat is nice with no tears, and is low profileseat.  The original aluminum rims arestraight with no bends. This is list of new item on the bike. do have the original air cleaner.New BatteryNew TiresNew Voltage RegulatorNew Coil New Spark PlugsNew Lowering ShocksThe overall condition of the bike is very good. The brakeswork great but they are drum brakes not disc brakes. This is an old motorcycle and they do need moreattention than new motorcycles. Things do need tightened and adjusted from timeto time, but it is lots of fun riding around on these vintage Harley Davidsonmotorcycles. If you are looking or expecting new motorcycle this may not bewhat you are looking for. If you are looking for nice vintage Harley Davidsonsportster than give this bike look If you are outside the united states all funds will have to clear the bank before the bike will leave my possession. would prefer selling inside the U.S.
