Additionally, you enter into binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder. 

In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. Winning Bidders: 

Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave voicemail on the office phone. 

Full payment is due within day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer. 

PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later. We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks. 

Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made. 

Non-paying Bidders: 

We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law. Fees and Taxes Vehicles ten model years old and older are exempt from odometer disclosure, this is federal law.  Mileage may be listed as "exempt" or "TMU" on titles for vehicles older than ten model years old.  Should we have reason to believe that mileage listed for vehicle is inaccurate, this will be disclosed within the written description provided for the vehicle regardless of the odometer status listed on the title.?
