built from scratch years ago--rebuilt 350 engine, 700R4 trans, wheel manual disc brakes, electric exhaust cut outs, electric parking brake, diamond plate floors and door panels, new gauge cluster and wiring harness, shop built frame was shortened and reinforced during the build and has  been structurally sound ever since. Dependable driver, part of car collection, driven about 1000 miles year. Stored in an enclosed shelter, starts up every time. Truck cabs were small  back then but in 1942 the Chevy cabs got bit bigger. 5'10" driver fits well. Taller people may have to change to bomber style seat to gain additional leg room, head room is not problem. Will guarantee that this vehicle starts, drives and stops . On May-20-17 at 09:46:00 PDT, seller added the following information:also electronic ignition, diamond plate cowl, pop up cowl vent and crank out windshield (this is your A/C), underside of floors has dynamat insulation, no rust or rot, have progress photos from day one of the build, also have copy of the original title issued days before the attack on Pearl Harbor.
