1971 Yamaha RT1 360 enduro, restored to the original specs. This Japanesebike is by far one of the most collectable bike in today’s market. Rebuilt and cleanedcarburetor, new air filter and spark plug. It always starts on the first orsecond kick. The engine is healthy, quite and runs strong, new smooth clutch andall gears shift normal, oil injector pump is working. Speedometer, tachometer,horn, head light, tail light are working, plus all instrument lights areworking as well. Timing is setup correctly. Everything was touch and inspected during restoration interior and exterior. Sandblasted the frame, swing arm, exhaust, tool box, skid plate, foot rest,kick stand, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, underbracket, gas tank, oil tank, headlight bucket, (2) ears, chain guard, frontfender, rear fender, bartension, air box. Primer and sandedare tool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand, toolbox, seat pan, foot brake,meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, gas tank oil tank, headlightbucket, (2) ears, chain guard, front fender, rear fender, bar tension and air box. Powder coated with gloss black the frame and swingarm. Painted with Yamaha black are tool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand,toolbox, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, bartension, air box. New original Yamaha paintare the fuel tank, headlight shell, oil tank, and fork ears. Strips red paint also the fuel tank and oil tank. Front fender, rearfender and chain guard were painted shade of gray. Applied three clear coat for longer protection aretool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand, toolbox, seat pan, foot brake,meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, gas tank oil tank, headlightbucket, (2) ears, chain guard, front fender, rearfender, bar tension, air box. Polished fuel tank, oil tank, head light, ears,both fenders and chain guard. We used the latest technology in the market todayto cleaned both engine cases, cylinder head, cylinder itself, petcock andcarburetor. Inspect all gears, new bearings, clips and washers inside the gearbox. Complete enginere-building, nos standard cylinder. Re-shape exterior cylinder and paintedwith high heat gloss with gasoline resistant nos looks ). All gaskets andengine seals are new. Polished wheel hubs, front forks, all engine covers, switch housing, levers and levers holders.Re-chromespeedometer/ tachometer housing, kick start, shift lever, handle bar, both rearshock springs, ignition key housing, front fender brackets etc., re-chrome both wheels as well. Shiny cad zinc plated all nuts and bolts, spokes andother accessories has been zinc plated for good look and for rust prevention,re-shaped nuts and bolts that are neglected. Nos new chain link, completere-build front shocks, rear shocks are nos, plenty of damper on them and noleaks. All electricalinspected and cleaned flywheel and magneto. Refurbished electrical wires,refurbished tachometer, speedometer and horn etc. cleaned all electricalswitches, re-set speedometer to miles. New ignition point. New high qualityand nos parts on the bike are Seat dampers, Petcock gasket, Speedometer/tachdamper, Fuel tank cap, Seat foam, Seat cover, Cables, Oil tank emblem, Headlamp, Grips, White Grommets and Black grommets, clutchgasket, Kick start rubber, Shift rubber, Foot pegs rubber, Speedometer resetknob, Ignition point, NOS head light ring, nos standard piston and piston rings front shocks dustcover, seals, Head gasket, Cylinder gasket, Engine seals, clips bearings,Camshaft bearing and seals. have title on my name with non op. Has brand new Dunlop tires, original specs. Our bikes looks lot better in person.
