        Engine327 TURBOFIRE (275 HP) V8       This CLASSIC wagon comes to you directly from the inventory of high-end private collector. It was purchased from the 2nd owner of the car.  Only stored indoors. Regularly maintained by his private mechanics.     This Estate Wagon runs, stops and drives strong reliable driver; looks to be all original except for the wheels.  This car is an absolute joy to drive.  No known mechanical issues.  New battery and new tires.  Clean title in hand and ready to be transferred. Overall, this classic wagon has held up nicely over the years -- Some minor cosmetic flaws to report: The clock doesn't seem to be working. There looks to be evidence minor impact at the front bumper on the passenger side, also some signs of wear at the paneling near the end of the driver's side. Looks to be minor paint touch up area above the driver's door handle and minor repaired flaw in the wood on that side. Small slit in the dash above steering wheel.      Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic transmission, power steering and brakes, tilt column, power rear window, factory dual exhaust, wood-grain body trim, front bumper guards, factory seat belts, roof rack, original    window sticker.  The Tripoli Turquoise paint is original.  Some patina and minor areas of wear present, but still presents nicely.  The Turquoise interior is in very good shape as well.  INCLUDES ORIGINAL RIMS PICTURED IN LAST EBAY PHOTO ABOVE AS WELL.. The T-400 3-speed auto transmission still on this car was one of the best in the business.No A/C installed but we are including nearly complete original GM A/C Kit still with its original box (see bottom four photos on the right).       Caprice was produced by Chevrolet for the 1965 to 1996 model years.  Introduced in mid-1965 as luxury trim package for the Impala four-door hardtop, Chevrolet offered full line of Caprice models for the 1966 and subsequent model years, including 'formal hardtop' coupe and THIS Estate station wagon ...                        Turquoise inside and out, the bowtie Wagon is complete with simulated wood-grain trim paneling, whitewall tires, full-size wheel covers, luggage rack, in-dash clock, an AM radio and front bench seat.  Equipped with power steering and power brakes, this Caprice is meant to be comfortable car to drive, able to roll down the road absorbing noise, vibration and harshness with ease, all while providing miles of comfortable travel. The 1968 Caprice received minor facelift that included new grille with taillights set into the bumper and optional hidden headlamps. Side marker lamps became standard on all U.S. cars and the Caprice carried over the optional white corner marker lamps at the forward edge of the fenders in addition to the amber parking lamps which were illuminated with the headlights.       Inside, the instrument panel was revised with return to the horizontal sweep speedometer and revised three-spoke steering wheel.
