My vision was British/American roadster that would have been custom built in the 1960's from older bikes/parts with modern improvements where it matters. found the Victory publications and their booklets (included) on how to get more power from the flathead 45, and other upgrades. am selling as am in financial need. Clear Montana title as 1947 Harley-Davidson WL All paperwork, receipts for machining, upgrades and parts. Machining done by professional shops. Engine- 1947 45ci WL marked matching cases. Completely rebuilt and improved according to the Victory publications. New T&O flywheels bearings, bushings and crankshaft, new WLD cam gears, new rods and STD pistons/rings, new cylinders with oversized intake valves, intake and exhaust port and polish, Alloy heads machined to #6, oil passage to lower pistons to improve wear and cooling. New oil pumps, “Z” return pump. External oil pressure gauge. Approximately 1,500 miles on rebuild. Frame- Late 1930’s Ariel Red Hunter adapted to fit 45 engine. Higher ground clearance than stock WL! Wheels- 19” 1960’s BSA Front and Rear, New brake shoes. New 19X4.00 Firestone rear tire with extra thick racing tube. Front tire not new, but has lots of life still. Both scrambler tires for light off-road. Transmission- BSA A10 speed, belt drive with Triumph clutch adapter and skate board wheel belt tensioner (extra wheels/bearings included). Upgraded Triumph clutch. Extra drive gear and belt. Mallory electronic distributor. 12v Poweray-thor alternator. 12v AGM battery and coil. New custom soldered wiring with fuses/breakers under fuel tank. 1970’s Triumph forks rebuilt with new seals and tubes. 34mm Mikuni carb w/K&N air filter . Custom oil and fuel tank. (fuel tank paint is bubbling in few spots and not show quality) Custom exhaust with chrome muffler and home built (snuff-a-lot). 60’s Cadillac power steering cooler as engine oil cooler. New o-ring chain.Extra rear fender with custom package tray and repro buddy seat. Seat, Headlight, and Taillight are period (1940's/50's) parts. Special tools included.
