I'm short to finish this GPZ900R (bike will be finished mid of September). made couple GPZ900Rs over the years
and Chiemgau Classics started with restos of the legendary 900R.The 900R been the first production motorbike hitting the 150 Mph and comes with tons of revolutionary details degrading
the entire motorbike competion from this era to dust. She even killed the Turbo and the GPZ1100UT. Nothing comes close
to the 900R in this days and many construction details from the 9R can be found in todays bikes. The 9R is legend, period.
Very underestimated in the past and the most of this bikes come in wrong hands theyve been simply to cheap and undervalued.So even if the  productionnumbers been high its very very hard to find GOOD original one today and the  value raised over
the few past years continuous. And due her complicated coloursheme and fragile fairing parts this bike is not cheap to restore.
The finished bikes on this photos are previous 900R builds from me to get idea how bike will look aloike when finished.I am using very good base bike with just 19.500 original KMs whats aproxm. 12.112 miles and had only owners in her life.
Engine been allready checked and maintained (cleaned oilsump, valves adjusted etc.) from my 70 year old engine specialist with
45 years experience in motorbikes. Bike been runner when bought her some years ago but sits long so its allways better to
look up for the mechanics to be on the safe side.
Bike gets professionally laquered paintset, new recovered seat, new windshield, new tires, most bolts, axles and springs rezinked etc. etc.
to give her close to new look again when finished.
