Hi and welcome to the auction of my latest project. NO POSTAGE COLLECTION ONLY.Not many of these around now in such original condition.The chance to grab bargain at sensible price,PLEASE READ BOTTOM OF THE PAGE WHERE HAVE ADDED BIT.I have stripped the bike and had the frame, torque arm, cam covers and both foot peg hangers sand blasted and powder coated in silver and coat of laquer. Clutch cover, indicator bars, both stands and several other parts done in gloss black at cost of £400. The brakes have new pads and fluid all round and are working fine. (The front brakes would probably benefit from braided lines but they do work fine). Fork seals and oil changed.The paint work is faded and there is small dent on the front of tank which was there when got the bike, was going to get it sprayed but quote of £300 put that on the back boiler. The fuel tap must have leaked at some stage but have fitted new seal and seems fine now. The bike starts and runs but could do with fine tuning which is beyond my limit. It might just need good run as it has not been on the road since 2016. New inlet rubbers fitted with several new clips.  The battery is the wrong one with longer cables fitted to get it up and running. New fuel relay fitted. lot of original parts like exhausts and mirrors which are as rare as rocking horse sh*t. The rear exhausts do have bit of pitting and have put on an extra clamp on the o/s one to cover small hole. New rear tyre fitted, front one ok. The picture of the dent in the tank makes it look worst than it actually is.The only faults can think of is that one of the exhaust studs is snapped but does not seem to be blowing and the fuel sender is not working but the gauge seems to work when power sent to it.The reason there is no MOT is that have no insurance for the bike to take it to the test station and the way my luck is would get pull from PC Plod. With MOT would value this bike in the £1800 to £2000 mark. No offers under the starting price please as won't reply.Viewing welcome by appointment. Tom 07948338992. It has been pointed out to me that the speedo reading has been the same for years. was not aware of this but the speedo drive was snapped and have fitted another used one.
