I purchased this bike earlier this year, having owned one in the past and did 10's of thousands of happy miles. These bikes are awesome handle and ride brilliant.
However am recovering from serious brain injury thought would be well enough to ride again, but it is real with regret that have to acknowledge that it is simply to fast for me and my brain can't keep up!!   I THEREFORE WOULD CONSIDER P/X EITHER WAY ON INTERESTING CLASSIC CAR,BIKE,TRACTOR AS LONG AS SENSIBLE ON VALUE
These bikes are superb all rounders, if your commuting, going out for mad ride on the twistys or long tour through Europe.They handle,perform and brake superb and are very comfy.Unstressed engines that go on and on and trouble free and clean shaft drive.
This bike has only done 7700 miles, try finding another with that low miles!!  riders buy them for their reliability and comfort and so usually have high miles
It was imported from Japan and am first UK keeper,purchasing from BMW specialist.Because it has come from warm country there is none of the usual corrosion issues on engine casings and suspension components
 This bike is well equipped with ABS Heated grips, Adjustable suspension, Hard panniers, removable rear seat delete and carbon fibre front mudgaurd.I have just fitted pair of new Bridgestone battleaxe tyresI have also just fitted John Gemi stage 10 chip, Black widow stainless system with cat delete and K&N air filter.This gives better throttle response and mega low down torque and sounds awesome as well!!I  have standard parts to go with it. 
It has recently had full service and brake fluid change by BMW specialist (James Sherlock)They also replaced the clutch as the slave cylinder was weeping.
