For Sale is my 2007 Kawasaki Kx 250
The bike was stripped down for the frame, swing arm, clamps and cases to be blasted and re-power coated in gun metal silver and satin black. All frame, swing arm and linkage bearings where replaced with 'Allballs' units, (asides one bearing in the linkage knuckle was not replaced due to misplacing it, hence the is still some play cheap fix). This was all carried out in May 2016.
Other parts fitted during this work: - New green Renthals High bend and new gripsTM designs green chain block and guideNew soft Michelin Starcross front and rearGreen silicone radiator hoses and new clipsVertex piston and new gasketsNew billet clutch basket and inner hubNew clutch plates and springsZeta bend back levers and res capsBillet rear brake pedalShock tech suspension serviceNew brake pads and pins front and rearThe 48mm WP forks are 2006 SXS, (before cone valve) much better than the standard Kx fork, they have had new bushes, clips, oil and seals when the above work was done. Fitted with bleeders and shrink wraps.
The bike has done around hours since, power delivery is as expected with this year kx, jetted perfectly and handles great! Bike has been well kept, oils and filters changed when needed.
Known issues: - 
Slight play in linkage (as mentioned above) and the brake discs (original) are thinning, could do with new set soon.
The power valve has briefly stuck fully open once or twice this year, (this does not do any damage, just reduces bottom end power and makes it harder to start) local shop suggested replacing the linkages but haven't got round to it, it has not happened recently. 
Plastics and graphics could do with replacing to compliment the rest of the work done, general mx wear and tear marks, exhaust has few dents and tail pipe is due re-pack.
Spare used HGS exhaust system and various standard parts/spares included.
