am regrettably selling myFirestorm, She is 2005 Model with around 27000 miles and MOT until August2020 it’s the last of the storms and benefits from the 19L tank. Due to lack oftime and other projects need to raise some cash to complete the other bikes.I have had the bike around year and had all intentions in keeping socompleted the following recommended “fixes” the storm needs1.      Shimservice and the upgrade to MCCT’s this included all oil and filters. This wasdone about 3k ago. It has been noted that the ACCT’s the bike comes with canfail and will destroy the engine. My previous storm had the same mod. The onebefore that had the ACCT go on the lower Cylinder and was rather costly torepair.  Hence why most people now fit the MCCT and adjust them every to 10K 2.      Nextup was the Stick Coil modification; this was done to get better spark andjust general upgrade from the old COIL system. New Plugs fitted at this time..3.      TheTPS (Throttle Position sensor) has been set to 500ohms and now the bike ticksover lovely and smooth and has better feel when pulling away, the standard isabout 840ohms and the bike tends to need bit more idle speed and is bitharsh with factory setting. 4.      A4mm Spacer has been fitted to the rear shock which gives the bike Lift toimprove the steering. 5.      48#pilot jets have been fitted to improve the fuelling low down as the storm runsa little lean low down. At the same time as fitting the Jets she has had another Service, fresh Oil Filter, Coolant checked, New Clutch Bleed Nipple, all bearings checked Air filter checked and cleaned (was replaced at the shim service)6.      Newfork seals, bushes and oil have been fitted (one leg had slight leak) havefitted new exhaust gaskets on headers and mid pipes as these normally fail(especially the rear mid gasket)The bike rides fantastic and isgood order, chain and sprockets are all good, tyres have around 1500 miles lefton them bearings are all good and everything works as it should. However thereare few things to note due to age and wear and tear.1.      Aswith age there is small crack in the fairing which is difficult to see as itsits near and under the right hand mirror. have never done anything aboutthis as its hard to see.2.      Clutchcover had something spilt on it from previous owner which has removed some ofthe paint, Not to noticeable as it’s dull silver in places and can berepainted easily, was going to wait for next oil change remove the cover andget it done. Cost of rattle can use caliper paint.I have been as detailed as possible as trust the bike andits as reliable as hell. Idlike to Keep it but with other projects and bikes in the Garage and number of Projects itneeds to go. starting at the lowest ill go, Any questions send them over ThanksADDITIONAL NOTE. the Exhausts on the bike have Baffles (but not fitted :-)) But the original Exhausts are included if you want them. They are in good condition
