have owned this car for nearly year as second vehicle whilst working away from home. It covers approximately 500 miles week travelling up and down the motorway. am now reluctantly selling to buy van. 
For 2008 model the car is in good condition. The reliability from VW shines through and the engine pulls beautifully.

Current Mileage 104k Increasing as still used daily.
The MOT runs out in July but if time allows and situation allows i’ll try and get new one if the car sells buy it now. Unfortunately this might not be possible with the current COVID situation. 
Exterior:
I've tried my best to show any imperfections with the body work. This is 12 year old vehicle. There is stone chips to the front of the vehicle and the odd chip around the sides. As shown in pictures the front drivers side wheel arch has some minor rust. There is also minor chip/rust spot on the boot leaver near the rear vw sign (see pics). 
Engine Performance:
The car drives like year old car, the engine runs clean and pulls lovely. The brakes are sharp, all tyres have plenty of tread (two new tyres last week) (Comes with full size spare alloy). can achieve 65mpg easily. 700 miles on full driven tank of diesel.
This is the 170 Bhp sport model, so plenty of power. 
Starts and runs great and no smoke at all. The service history speaks for itself. 
A parking light fault has illuminated twice since I've owned the vehicle, after speaking with VW and searching forums on possible issues, the electronic parking brake is on Mk1 switch. The Mk2 switch negates the issue and cost about £20/£30 to buy and easy enough to fit yourself. I've never felt the need to as it does not hinder the function/vehicle in anyway. Once the parking brake is put on the light disappears, this has only happened twice in the last year. 
Interior:
The interior is in great condition and have always kept it clean and tidy. No smells or damp etc. 
Heated seats are lovely and warm. AC is cold, seats are comfortable. Everything functions as it should. 
There is only one key with the vehicle, this is how it was sold to me.
This is 12 year old vehicle so don't expect everything to be perfect, I've tried to detail as much as can and be as honest as can. 



The car has years left in it, low miles for the VW engines.
