Partial history inc cam belt change last service 1500 miles ago with receipt

Tyres good all round brakes new on the back and very good on the front 
Hpi clear no outstanding finance
Wheels good for age few marks and expected and one line on one alloy but very presentable
Leather seats like new like they haven’t been sat in
6 speed gearbox. Gearbox and clutch perfect no noises
Bodywork is very good for it’s age. Please bear in mind it’s 12 years old but it’s very good for what it is. Bonnet and roof have been sprayed recently due to laquer peel which is very common with this colour of car. but only to keep its great looks. There’s tiny mark on the rear bumper but just trying to be honest 
Wind deflectors fitted. Sat nav radio that works with the steering wheel etc. bit outdated but does work this was over £1000 new 
Book price is £3500 so no silly offers please. You will find. It hard to find top spec one with such low mileage
