You are looking at very special customised Toyota bB, the car has all the running gear from Toyota Yaris 1500 Sport complete with an automatic gearbox with an overdrive fitted (all parts are obtainable from the local Toyota dealer and they will even service the vehicle for you if required).  
Being Toyota it is super reliable, great fun to drive, and get 35-40 mpg on run. 
Originally, made in Japan in 2000, then years later somebody personally imported it to the UK, after some while company called Dragon Arts based in Sutton Coldfield decided to completely custom paint the car and use it to advertise their work of air brushing. 
 the orange paintwork has skulls, bones and skeletons beneath it, whilst the blue flames have pattern beneath them.  All the body has been professionally airbrished (looks very cool)
There is so much detail on the car could go on forever, but instead will list few things that this car has:-1.5 vvti engine super reliableimobiliser remote lokingfull skirtingroof spoiler4 rare window deflectorsmot octoberlower tax  (small engine)18" alloysled interior lightled front lower lightsdrilled grooved front discsPower Steering, Automatic  Column Change Transmission, Electric Mirrors, Electric Windows, DAB double din stereo with blue tooth, CD and USB,customised Amplifier and subwoofer with dancing lights (remote pad),total one off new 18" Gladiator wheels with good tyres, cold air induction system, foot operated park brake, very bright interior an orange head liner, oh and 5ft skeleton called "Boris"who sits in the back seat lots of other stuff  points to mention)stone chips at front valance area few little scuffs/chips around the car to be expected minor lacquer peel on smalll part or roofits not show queen it is actualy used  but does look very niceno px/swap up or down within  ebay rules
