Unsure what is wrong with this car, it blew turbo and was replaced, the intercooler and all associated intakes were cleaned of oil, it did have signs of gunge build up but started fine. When it got to temperature it started to develop diesel knock, now it does not start at all. am assuming the injectors are blocked but have attempted to clean them with injector cleaner and the only way to access them is to remove the engine, have not got the time or facilities to do so.I have plugged it in on the OBD port and have attempted to connect the free SSM program but as it does not start cannot log any information other than the throttle position at 93%, which doesn't seem right.I believe that the big ends and crank are still good, slight rattle on start up but no knocks. Before the turbo blew It had been driven to Europe few times without any issues. It has reconditioned turbo from London turbos, new oil and filter, new air filter, the DPF has been flushed clean with Forte cleaner.It will need to be trailered away as not drivable and does not start.This could be any east fix for anyone willing to have go or have the time and facilities to remove the engine but what you see is what you get.The MOT is about to expire but the only advisory of anti roll bar bushes has been done, new pair fitted at the same time as trying to repair the engine.It's shame this was wonderful, reliable car and constantly did over 40 miles to the gallon.
