Very well cared for low mileage 2009 Mini Cooper (R56). Manual gearbox. Only previous owner. 
It's lovely example, drives really well and is in great condition, with rare paint and full leather interior spec. I'm only selling because have bought another car and only have parking space! 
51,514 miles. Mileage will increase slightly from occasional use up until sale. 
1st (lady) owner until 41,508 miles (2016); have owned the car since then.
Full service history all Mini dealer 2009-2014, independent dealers since then. The MOT has just been renewed (no advisories) and is valid until 21 July 2022. 
Everything is working well, except for the electric sunroof which currently does not open. There is also some kerbing to the wheels, which have tried to show in the photos expect garage could fix this up easily if you wanted to. Otherwise the condition inside and out is fantastic. 
Rear tyres changed at around 49,550 miles; front tyres at 42,950 miles all Dunlop SP SportMaxx. All have plenty life left in them.
2 keys; original owner's handbook and service book.
Car is located in SE5 (Denmark Hill). Can be viewed on most evenings, but for serious bidders only please. No offers accepted. Sold as seen. Payment to be made by bank transfer on collection.
