Mercedes Sprinter 311 cdi race van motorhome

We are selling our van due to having purchased new large motorhome. This is race van set up inside but with unique layout that provides sleeping for people, the kids sleeps up in the over garage bunk that is much wider than normal single bed so there is plenty of space might be tight for two adults up there ), the seats however pull out to make large almost kingsize bed with the aid of the fixed seats.

It is fitted with full size gas cooker with over and grill, fridge as well as deisel night heater run off seperate supply to the van, leisure battery and lots of fitted lights. Cold water only is fitted as doesnt have shower but all the piping is there ready if you wanted to add hot water you would just need heater to supply it, does have seprate bathroom as shown with fitted toilet.

Plenty of workspace as you can see and fitted sink, both front seats are swivel seats making the seating area feel very open and not cramped for van of this size with fixed bench seats with seat belts so travelling with four people can feel safe with the table having two postitions to use dining table or travelling table for kids to draw or play games as you drive along.

Omnister wined out awning also fitted as well as tv areil and digital tv/dvd player all controlled by PMS3 Power managment System. Two large roof vents as well as smaller one over bathroom. Windows down both sides of the van that have built in fly screens and blinds letting in plenty of light.
Only bad points really are that the windscreen has crack in it top left corner and although the body is in really nice condition for its year and mileage there is the odd rust bubble appearing around wheel arch as per all Sprinter vans but as you can see in pics it is good looking van.

The garage area holds gas bottle and can take 450 m/x or enduro bike but we have used the van on family holidays and step son uses that as he bedroom and loves it as fitted light in there etc.

The van is down as motor caravan on registration document so cheaper insurance and before forget it also has tow bar fitted.
