have owned this car since November 2013 and it had about 90,000 miles on the clock. It has had small top of engine oil leak since bought it also few rust patches (see below). Additional photos at:  https://flic.kr/s/aHskssVQrG
There are rust patches of note on the body:The worst are left rear wing and under petrol cap (see photos)the next are front skirt in front of drivers door and left rear wheel archthe other are bonnet right front edge and boot right edge)

The car needs some mechanical work done to pass the MOT but don't have the time to do the repairs to get it through. don't need the use of car as work from home, so don't want to pay the garage to repair it because it isn't worth the expense just to have it sitting on the drive every day. It drives well and basically needs few items fixing to have it on the road with an MOT and it needs new rear tyres (the spare is brand new).
A new battery was fitted Feb 2016 and the cam position sensor was replaced Feb 2017 (fixed an issue with cutting out when hot and idling) and the offside rear coil spring was replaced Sept 2016 (the left side now needed for MOT).
Reason(s) for failurefront brake application uneven (3.7.B.2)Nearside Rear coil spring broken (2.4.C.1a)Nearside Front Suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated resulting in excessive movement forward (2.4.G.2)Nearside Stop lamp excessively deteriorated so that it is not visible from reasonable distance (1.2.1d)Nearside Rear Tyre has ply or cords exposed (4.1.D.1b)Offside Rear Tyre has ply or cords exposed (4.1.D.1b)Advisory notice item(s)The ABS and ESC lights came on intermittently during the MOT testThe n/s/f anti roll bar link is slightly wornThe o/s/f inner brake pad is worn to 2mm
