Welcome to my auction. specialise in the location and disposal of finance repossessed vehicles which are not accident damaged or had any insurance claims against them unless specifically listed as such. Most of these cars are collected by me as non-runners, some with minor and some with major mechanical faults. will try to identify these faults and describe them as best can in the listings. All cars are clear of finance at the time of auction and an HPI clearance certificate is available with every car. Most of the cars come with full documentation and any relevant documents have will be itemised in the listing. Documents that arrive after the sale ends will be forwarded to the buyers regardless of time-scale.These vehicles are not classed as salvage nor had insurance claims against them. All cars are offered without reserve and will sell to the highest bidder.All vehicles that run at the time of appraisal are sold as per our usual conditions, they are not available for road test before or after purchase and are to be valued as non-runners when bidding, they are also to be collected by Transporter, trailer or similar method.Collection point for this vehicle is miles from J3 M65 postcode PR68BLYou are bidding for a 2005 TOYOTA RAV4 SUV 2.0 D-4D XT-R 4WD 5DR NON RUNNER/SPARES OR REPAIR with speedo reading of approximately 150,343 genuine miles.  This car was collected by us as runner but with suspected injector fault.  On inspection all the oil/coolant levels are correct, the engine starts on the key as it should and runs up to temp.  We have driven the car on our premises finding that the gearbox, clutch, steering, and the brakes all appear to operate as they should.  The engine starts on the key as it should, it revs well and it sounds mechanically good but it cuts out when it is cold at idling speed, The codes have been read indicating fuel injector fault, once the engine has warmed up it seems to operate as it should.  It is our opinion that the fuel injector fault will need investigating prior to use. The purchaser will need to investigate this fault for themselves.  Further investigation is required to determine any faults and parts may need repairing/replacing to make good.The bodywork is in good condition all round with the exception of few minor scuffs and blemishes the worst of which are pictured and circled. Please zoom in for closer inspection. The interior of the car is in good condition and shows no undue signs of wear or tear but would benefit from valet. We are in possession of the V5 registration document showing former keepers, current MOT until 4th December 2020 and two's key for the vehicle.Date of first registration was 25/12/2005.The car is fitted with Toyota alloy wheels with all the tyres appearing to be in good road legal condition.
Collections We operate from an un-staffed storage facility and collection is strictly by prior arrangement with us. Collections are not possible on Sundays unless it is at our convenience. We also need phone call hour prior to your arrival, you can message us with your contact number and preferred collection time on eBay messages or contact us on our contact number which you will find on your eBay invoice for the purchased item. If we do not answer send us text with your name and the vehicle you are calling with regards to.This car is sold spares/repair as non-runner and will not be withdrawn from the auction. There is also no buy it now price and the car will be sold at auction to the highest bidder. Please note that the problems stated in the listing are our initial findings only and are meant as guide for your assistance, other faults might exist, the engine and gearbox might need replacing, dashboard warning lights might be illuminated due to the vehicle standing with flat batteries or for other reasons, key fobs might not operate or vehicle could have chipped blade key, locking wheel nut key might be missing, interior trim could have damage or parts missing.brakes/wheel bearings might need replacing,Vehicles with dismantled engines may have parts missing, clutch might need replacing, spare wheel might be missing, vehicles could have had taxi/private hire use, tyres might not be road legal,all vehicles are sold as non-runners and should be bid on as such.Anyone who bids with less than 10 positive feedback will have their bid removed unless you contact us prior to bidding. With the auctions due to end we understand that immediate collection may not be viable therefore we will require £200 deposit via BACS within 48 hours to secure the vehicle until collection at later date an agreed date. 
Please ensure you are happy to comply with this prior to bidding.
If a deposit is not received within 48 hours an unpaid item case will be opened. 
We will keep you informed of our re-opening date as soon it becomes known.
