For sale is our mk4 golf diesel. It has previous owners and has been very well maintained. It has 202k miles on the clock but drives like less than half that mileage. knew the previous owner and it was well maintained and it shows on the car. In recent years it's had new shocks and springs, new suspension bushes. It's also had recent service and Cambelt and water pump in the last 12 months. There are matching Goodyear tyres all with around 5mm or more tread. Brake pads and discs replaced last year as well. These cars suffer from one main problem at this age and that is the injection seals, these were replaced last year also. The car drives well with no knocks or rattles and returns 50 mpg on the tried and tested PD Diesel engine. There are the odd age related mark and scuff, however it's rust and rot free and shines very well. MOT till January next year and numerous stamps in the service book. doubt there are any upcoming mechanical jobs that this car needs other than mot's for the next few years.
