Runs great, all electrical working including starter. 10 inch wheel w/ fat tires, low actual miles, street legal. My son learned to ride this at age 9. Centrifugal clutch w/ gears.I could deliver within Ohio for$1 per mile or Uship.com is reasonable and fast.
