Very rare in the USA, almost mythical, therefore great collectors item for Honda enthusiast, and will only increase in value unless you crash it and bend it in half. 1988 Honda NX250.
The Pro's:Showing only 4363 miles. All indications suggest mileage to be accurate. Runs and rides very well. The handling of the bike through corners is incredible on twisty back road. I've Ridden approximately 450 miles since it was serviced. Recent Mobil 10w40 4T oil change with K&N oil filter. New air filter. New spark plug. Radiator flushed and new Prestone fluid. New thermostat. New battery.
Small turn signals (originals come with the sale).
Pro taper bars (originals come with the sale), and pro taper grips (unfortunately the original grips were all cracked, so threw them away). 
The bike is CA plated. Registration valid until June 2020. Pink slip in hand.
The Cons:The front headlight fender is held on with rubber quick release bands as you can see in the photos the original brackets inside had snapped off (before bought it), but it is as secure as it should be, and the brackets look good in my opinion.The rear mudguard (below the licence plate) was cracked when bought the bike, and was flapping around when rode it. The options were to cut it off, or find replacement on ebay. chose to chop it off, and tidy it all up. If you look at some stock images, you will see that they go much lower down than the license plate, and think there were soem reflectors on it, but who wants them anyway? :-) There are couple of hairline cracks on the rear fender, which drilled the ends of with 1.5mm (1/16) drill to stop them expanding further.It appears that someone added couple of washers to the spring on the rear shock at some point, to try and stiffen it up (visible in the photos). The suspension is quite soft, but it rides well with me on it, and I'm 195lbs.The only other minor issue is that the motor drips oil from the crankcase center gasket when the bike is cold or left for long time: One small drip every 48 hrs or so. When the engine is warm/running, the leak stops. If was keeping it might think about replacing the gasket, but it's lot of work for small drip.

I'm in no rush to sell, so please no low ball offers. If you know about this model, and are looking for one, you should agree that the price is fair from my side, especially in very good condition like this. There was one for sale on "bring trailer" last year with double the mileage of mine, and it went for $4650. It had slightly better condition bodywork/fenders than mine, but not much.I'm only selling it because don't use it. If it doesn't sell, I'll just keep it for bit longer.
