This nice old Guzzi been sitting inside its whole life. Never left out in the rain or snow. It has zero rust or gunk in the fenders. My dad bought it off his neighbors wife 30 years ago and rarely rode it. have rode it around the block few times. Runs smooth as silk and rides perfectly. The original exhaust pipes have little rust haze that would polish out -- but this bike should have tires and new battery to go on the road. With paint job this would be show bike for sure.
