Up for bids is virtual time capsule of the early 70's chopper scene in the form of this 50 year old 1970 Honda CB 750 chopper- bike is Michigan garage find and had been stored indoors for over 40 years- everything modified on this bike must have been done shortly after the bike was purchased as there are just over 9000 miles on it- all the custom items are from the custom part companies of the day and here are the good and bad points of the bike- the good points are that motor rolls over with good compression with the electric starter, both tires and chain/spkts are in great condition, bike rolls easily, transmission shifts easily thru all gears, lights work, and both suspensions work freely- the bad points are that it will need complete clutch assembly as it is missing, carbs and fuel tank will need cleaning as it still smells like 1970's gas, front brake system freshened, clutch perch, pin for the front seat hinge, new glass lens for the tombstone taillight and the top triple tree replaced or welded- all in all, not too bad for 50 year old museum piece- bike has clear Michigan title and is being offered at No Reserve so bid freely and often- winning buyer responsible for shipping arrangements but will assist in loading-
