Jeep Rubicon SRT8 Hemi Monster, King Shocks, 8-Lug 1-Tons, 40" Tires, 4x4, 60k Miles

Only 30k miles on factory new Mopar engine and transmission, only 3k miles on 1-ton axles, 60k total miles on the truck, this is basically brand new truck. Dakota Customs built this SRT8-powered beast using fully loaded Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. Installed was new crate motor from the Jeep SRT8 Cherokee, and new transmission from Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck. The transfer case is the Rubicon 4:1 ratio unit. Custom driveshafts from Adam's driveshaft for the 1-ton axles, with heavy duty u-joints. The Jeep has leather seats, the 3-piece removable freedom hardtop, navigation, premium audio, all options for the Jeep Rubicon.
Dakota Customs swapped the engine from the factory 202hp V6 to the 500hp Hemi V8 from the Jeep Cherokee SRT8, using new engine and Ram 1500 transmission ordered from Mopar. The conversion uses the factory ECU, new wiring harness, and was completed at 27k miles. Conversion options include tubular headers, and an upgraded dual core aluminum radiator with high performance fan. Dakota Customs charges $38k for this engine swap, and their fit and finish makes sure it looks and drives like factory option.
The engine has also upgraded with an Arrington Performance 90mm BBTB, an Arrington Performance carbon fiber intake, and custom tune. This is 500hp truck.

For high speed desert trails like those here in Nevada the Jeep needed low center of gravity, and wide stance. typical Jeep lift isn't made for high speed trail running, so the suspension is bit out of the box:
We installed the Rock Krawler X-Factor lift system, at 3.5" of lift, all upper and lower control arms were replaced with the Rock Krawler high-clearance "Max Travel" mid-arms. We used the larger diameter 2.5" shocks from King Shocks with remote reservoirs to reduce fade on high speed trails, custom valving on the Kings specified by EVO based on this truck's weight and configuration, and installed King bump stops front and rear on EVO brackets. Finally we installed the Teraflex prerunner kit with spring retainers and limit straps, to keep everything in place when the Jeep caught little air.

At this point, the only remaining weak point was the axles. We installed Fusion Elite 1-Ton Axles last year, these are an upgrade over standard Ultimate Dana 60's, and feature 7/16" thick axle tubes (nearly twice as thick as the Rubicon Dana 44), 1350 Yokes, Chromoly axle shafts custom built by Adam's Driveshaft, 8-lug attachment, massive 13" Brake Rotors and Dual Piston Brakes, and bulletproof detroit lockers. Gearing is 5.38. Free float rear axle, also front and rear axles were widened to 72" for better steering with 40" tires.
The body armor is from Poison Spyder, with Steel JKU Crusher Flares front and rear, and Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers on the sides. The front bumper is the Poison Spyder BFH II with Brawler Bar. Tire carrier and rear bumper from Genright and Savvy offroad. LED's are all from RC's "Black Series" and headlights have been upgraded to projectors with demon eyes. Also upgraded CREE LED fog lights.
Wheels and tires are new with the one-ton installation, so 3k miles total. They're KMC XD137 20" rims, 12" wide, custom powder coated red and wrapped in Toyo Open Country 40x15.50R20 tires. Includes full size 40" spare.
The mod list is rather extensive, and all work has been done by specialty Jeep shops. This Jeep has been built correctly, no expense spared, and is ready for whatever you choose to throw at it.
