Car is tuned by Stephen Clark from iAPerformance and it put down 280hp/290tq to the wheels on dynojet. The current boost threshold is set at 18.5psi. The car has rust and can name you every mod I've done to this car and why. The only downside is that the AC needs recharge (I have refill cans but I'm not sure if it's enough to fix it). This car puts down more power compared to stock STi (rated at 220-240 wheel horsepower).

I have compression and leakdown numbers done back in November (solid, with the most being 7% leakdown on cylinder which is within acceptable tolerances), and haven't really driven the car since it's been in storage. 

I built my car to be sleeper and think I've done pretty well. This car is 110% mechanically sound. 

Everything on this car is ORIGINAL (motor mileage matches chassis mileage), minus the add-ons. Yes, that means it's still the stock EJ205. have spare V7 EJ207 STi longblock that can be included in the sale for additional pricing. 

Car will be sold emissions tested and certified. CLEAN title in hand and non-accident vehicle, at least under my ownership. 

Cash sales preferably or the ONLY trade I'm considering is GR 09+ STi Wagon/Hatchback with Sporttech Trim+Cash on my end

I have the compliance letter that is required to import this vehicle into the United States. Buyer will need to make arrangements to fly to Toronto, Canada where will pick you up or meet you at border crossing in Buffalo/Niagara Falls New York.
