Pros:
AC works like new
Heated seats works
Window tints
No accidents
No major issue or check engine lights
New slave and master cylinder replaced
No leaks
All oil levels are good
Maintenance up to date from Nissan and also myself
Oil change every 5k milesNew clutch kit.

Cons:
The front bumper is unpainted
The paint has some scratches/blemishes but no fading
The headlights bulb needs to replaced to be brighter
The driver side door strip is leaking little, Only leaks in pouring rain and not much but drips
Engine might need tune-up and changing belts but still pulls strong for what it is
Clutch is just replaced but the pedal has free play, need to be readjusted or switch to aftermarket clutch assembly
Coilovers is on the car for years or more. No leaks.Clutch fluid needs to be flushed again.
Convertible top motor is old, so you need to holding the button couple times for it to come down
Fuel gauge is inaccurate, common problem for the Z
It's an old car, will behave as it is, rattles, weird noises, etc.
