If you're looking at this listing, you probably know all about these cars. They are perhaps the best value in modern exotic cars as you can get an Italian-built near-supercar with full-blown Ferrari V8 under the hood and an F1 style transaxle at the rear of the car. This particular Spyder is extremely special, mainly because of the colors and options that it has. On the exterior, it has Verde Goodwood paint with Avorio heated leather interior trimmed in Black with Cuoio Sella piping: Tappeto Biondo Carpets, Nero custom leather lower door panels, Nero custom leather upper dashboard, and Cuoio Sella Custom Dash Piping. These colors are absolutely spectacular and make this Maserati nearly one of kind (if not actually one of kind). It also has number of options including the very important Skyhook suspension, heated seats, an additional CD changer in the trunk, auto-dimming interior mirror, Satellite Navigation, spare tire, BBS light alloy sport wheels, and most importantly, it has the full Brierwood Kit including real wood on the interior door panels and real wood steering wheel. This is quite rare, and compliments the special interior colors nicely. The interior of this Maserati is in nearly new condition.  It looks new.  It smells new.  It basically IS new.  It has GORGEOUS leather  seats which are in like new condition and are finished in Avorio leather. The hand brake lever is leather-wrapped, as is the steering wheel in the areas that aren't covered in the Brierwood option. The car has audio system which features several speakers, along with CD Player in the center console, and an additional optional CD changer in the trunk.  The original owner fitted ipod connector which is integrated and operates well. The previous owners of this car were definitely non-smokers. It includes an unused ash tray and unused cigar lighter. This Spyder has dual front airbags, as well as front side airbags. The trunk is larger than you'd expect for small exotic convertible. The carpet floor mats are included and are in like new condition. Absolutely everything works and works properly. We have had all of the buttons refinished professionally, so they are in beautiful condition and will never become sticky like they do in all Ferraris and Maseratis of this age. Two main blue keys, and one red valet key.The exterior of this Maserati is in stunning condition and has no flaws that could find. It is Verde Goodwood in color, which is absolutely  stunning and oh so rare. The car has its original BBS staggered 18 inch wheels which are in fantastic condition. They're perfect fit for the car's appearance in my opinion. The exterior condition is also like-new. This car has only 49k miles and was not driven in the winter. The Nero soft top is in gorgeous condition and looks nearly new. It's obvious that this car was garaged and not often used in the weather. 2003 is the first year for glass window in the soft top, which also features window defogger -- something not available on earlier models.
The tires are brand new matching Continental DWS tires in the proper sizes for the front and rear. The brakes are in  good shape and the car stops as it should. The  Ferrari V8 engine runs flawlessly and the 50k mile service was completed by our Bosch Service Center that specializes in Maseratis. The F1 "CambioCorsa" transmission functions perfectly, and and shifts very smoothly. The transmission has four modes. Comfort, Sport, Ice, and Automatic. They all have their own purpose and function well. The clutch life has been checked by our service department and is verified at 58% clutch life remaining. The car has traction and stability control.              In summary, if you're looking for Maserati Spyder, THIS IS THE ONE! There have been no nicer M138 Maseratis on ebay in recent times.
