Why am selling?I've owned this car for years. We've moved back into the city, and my cars and motorcycles now outnumber my garage space, so I've reluctantly decided to sell this beauty.

Service CareRegularly serviced at Fremont Porsche and Michael Stead Porsche since I've owned it.  All service records available. Major service completed 1,000 miles ago.  New front brake pads and rotors installed under 300 miles ago.  8mm left on rear brakes. Car has always been garaged and covered, receiving regular full detailing, including clay, FLEX orbital polishing and paint sealant/wax jobs.
Other things I'd want to know if was buying the car:I'm PCA member, so the car has been tracked at HPDE events handful of times (less than 5).  run in the intermediate group, so not pushing it.  Hoses have not been pinned.  The front bumper does have some rough spots that have scraped through the paint protection film.  CARFAX shows two things:  minor incident in 2009 before owned the car (no structural damage/no airbag deployment)... all body work and body kits were done and added afterwards; repeated smog test failures in 2011 and 2013 as tried to maintain Techart exhaust and modified ECU mapping, it has since been returned to stock exhaust settings and has easily passed recent smog tests.Three minor dings that could easily be removed by paintless dent repair: two dimples on hood from when stuffed too much in the front trunk and one above the left rear wheel well.Fortunately, I've experienced no 1st/2nd gear pop-out issues that have been known to afflict some 996 Turbos.Title in handBuyer is responsible for pick-up/shipping, although I'm willing to help coordinate logistics.
