PAG is automotive group located in Dallas Texas.  We sell dozens of cars month on eBay on wholesale AS-IS basis and have done so for years. The majority of our cars come from the local new car dealerships just as they are traded from their previous owners. We sell exclusively on eBay to other dealers and the general public and advertise them in their as-is state as we would sell to another used car dealer. As is the case with all our cars, we typically don’t clean them, we don’t repair them, but try to describe them and disclose any issues to the best of our ability. We try to put at least 20 miles on every car we sell on eBay so we can disclose any issues we come across.  If dash lights are on, we tell you and if they are not on and come on for you on your trip home, it is your responsibility as our cars are sold AS-IS. If you should encounter major problem, we are here to help you and won’t leave you in the lurch but will not be responsible for minor cosmetic or mechanical defects that come with being an as-traded used car. It is the buyer’s responsibility to perform pre-sale inspection or express any and all concerns prior to placing bid and prior to winning the final binding auction. This is an opportunity to buy car well below the average retail value if you are receptive to these terms.

DEPOSITS:

Deposits to hold vehicles is $500. Upon payment of the $500 deposit, the vehicle will be held for 72 hours pending final payment. Deposits are non-refundable due to i). the vehicles are taken off the market and we turn down other buyers during the 72 hour period and ii). there is significant re-marketing costs associated with relisting remarketing our vehicles. Inspections should be performed prior to putting deposit down on vehicle. 

INSPECTIONS:

We encourage inspections. We disclose known defects and imperfections but we are not you. Purchasing vehicle is very subjective. Come visit our showroom in Dallas, TX, we would love to meet you in person! We require inspections to be done prior to putting down deposit.
SHIPPING:

We recommend having our in house shipping team facilitate the transport of your new vehicle.  We can handle all shipping arrangements in-house, so you know where your vehicle is from point ‘A’ to point ‘B’. All of our carriers are licensed, insured and bonded.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

In state buyers (Texas)  will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, vehicle inventory tax. All buyers will be charged $200 documentation eBay convenience fee
