Purchased with automatic transmission but had the dealer swap the blackseats that the automatic transmission cars were supplied to Canadian marketwith for the grey seats that the manual transmission cars were supplied with.So seats are the factory gray not factory black.This car has been very tastefully, professionallyupgraded to significantly improve the car. The interior has been fitted withprofessionally designed, genuine leather wrapped, custom manufactured (CNCfabricated, heavy gage aluminium sheet metal) center console, instrument hood, dash top, rear cargo areatreatments and speaker housings (behind seats). Additional high quality sounddampening materials added. Dash and door panels have been leather wrapped andfitted with anodized aluminium, inset trim strip pieces to match look anddetails of other custom made elements to tie everything together. The resultinglook (more angular and straight lined than stock) is much better match forthe crisp, clean and edgy lines of the exterior. Also compared with the stock1980's GM quality interior materials, the upgraded materials are obviously muchhigher grade and much more expensive looking. This gives the interior of thecar more exotic car look, again to better match the exterior. have shownthis car at several car shows and the interior is always the star of the showwith many photos taken and many comment received with regards to how muchbetter the interior looks than the stock interior. Head unit is motorized extend andretract, 10" wide screen full colour display with GPS, automatic back upcamera view, CD, DVD, USB, Bluetooth, etc.Exterior upgrades are subtle with customCNC manufactured stainless steel and black rear exhaust valance. Thissignificantly improves clean lines of rear view. To the non Delorean expert itlooks stock, like it should have been designed and manufactured in the firstplace. custom fabricated aluminium third brake light has also been installedat top of rear louvers. This may lower your car insurance or prevent being rearended (Deloreans are low). custom manufactured front lower, air dam grill inaluminium silver color has also been installed to improve look with upgradedmaterials and to give some additional detail to the front end view. Stainlesssteel body is immaculate.The engine compartment has been kept cleanwithout use of spray degreasers that can so often lead to mechanical problemswhen lubricants are washed out of bearings. Engine compartment as with allmechanical areas has been kept clean by hand cleaning with soft cloths.This car is rare in this condition. Manylook good in photos but disappoint when seen in person and examined moreclosely. Instead of disappointment, this car will only amaze the viewer afterclose inspection. Every crevasse is clean, even around exterior screw heads!Gaskets are fantastic! You can not buy car like this in the southern USbecause there would be so much damage from sun. This car has always been inclimate controlled garage and often under soft cover and even has it's ownprivate "slip" in underground garage with no cars, only walls, atfront and both sides of car.
