1976 Spitfire with MK IV GT6 engine and Overdrive.This car has seen less than 300 miles since 1991, when itwas parked as rust-free 1500. Theengine swap and complete rebuild was done gradually with parts that slowlyimported from the UK myself (yes, in duffel bags loaded with such things as astainless exhaust, transverse spring, shocks??¦). All machine work, bronze valve guides, etc.) was done at Zeke??™s inMontreal, and the mounting of the GT6 bonnet and paint to original colour (IncaYellow) was done by Miniman.Interior is original, with the original seats and woolcarpets. Dash was refinished and looksgreat.This car has never seen winter, and rarely rain.
