Head turning car.... Low kms for age Tinted Windows Towbar Has nice British interior leather smell... Remote keyless central locking with alarm/immobilizer Fully electric drivers seat Lowered suspension for sporty looks Woodgrain interior (good condition) Leather seats (no cracks or rips etc) Huge luggage space Good headlining (no sags) Tilt/slide sunroof, doesnt leak ABS brakes Climate control air con/heater Super comfortable seats both front and back Added on cruise control by previous owner who also installed the later series Rover family front grille and also door courtesy lights. Has onboard computer and outside temp display No rust on car Transmission is smooth with no leaks or slips Has almost near new tyres all round plus the original alloy wheels and Rover caps plus spare wheels. Car drivers quite well and is really smooth and quiet and quite fast. No coolant leaks or oil drops on road. No electrical gremlins No RWC or rego Was $70,000 when new and drives like one with the smoothness and sound isolation still better than new cheap cars.
BAD POINTS: Air con needs regas (has been retrofitted with R134a already) Rear hatch tint has bubbled, all the rest of the tint is great Car is due for service (oil change and spark plugs) due 100 km ago Paint is awful She added then removed blutooth CD player sorry (all ready for another head unit though in its place) Drivers side window works but stops half cm from the very top. Been advised that its the snake coil (the part that makes the window go up and down has worn out cogs) and that needs to be flipped upside down in the door to make it work 100% again.
Car mechanically is good, interior is good and clean/neat. Visually the paintwork is not good (pics speak for themselves), previous owner was starting to remove paint for respray. She originally brought it to repair the paint and put the car on club plates (over 25 years old) but now wants to go four wheel driving instead and no room for cars or finances for 2.
