Selling my Morris 1000 Four door sedan restoration project or quick fixer upper. have known this car for the past 30 years and have owned it for 10 years after buying it back from mate sold it to years ago. Car is very solid and has had few upgrades which were done years ago. It currently is not running and is in the condition got it from my mate when bought it back years ago. It was last on the road about years ago.It is very solid car with only little rust in the bootlid and some surface rust on bonnet. Any other rust if present would be absolutely minimal. The chassis and floors are very solid as is the rest of the car. It is definitely not rusted out bucket. Car has had some upgrades and these include:Morris Major Brakes (still working last time tested)Telescopic shocker conversion front and rear. (bolt on Morris Minor Centre conversion)4.22 diff ratioCustom dash with extra gauges including tachometerFront bucket seats which are fully adjustableAlloy Rocker coverAll the modifications are easily reversible if you wanted to go back to standard dash and seats. Paint will polish up to make it look more presentable but paint is far from perfect of course. quickly did the front RH guard by hand to show this in one of the pictures.Car has previously had modified 948cc normally aspirated series motor and supercharged 948cc series. It is currently fitted with stock Morris Minor 948cc series.I have the last registration number, chassis number and engine number when it was last registered for straight forward registration in South Australia.This car would make an ideal restoration project or short term fix up as it is good base to start from. Car will need some work to be put back on the road including work on the motor. You will need to organise tow truck or trailer if purchasing. Just few points if you are intending to bid.
