NO RESERVE! HIGHEST BIDDER GETS IT!! Up for auction with 99c starting bid and NO RESERVE is this awesome little 1984 Honda City AA four-seater speed manual hatch. Overall this is very tidy little car that is an absolute blast to drive! Car has full NSW rego until April 2018. Personalised plates "84CITY" are included. I am told by the previous owner that the kms shown (currently 40,300) are original, as he knew the full history of the car. was sceptical and purchased the car thinking it would be more likely 140,300, but the condition of the interior indicates that the lower estimate may well be correct. It is very tidy inside for 34 year old car. There is small hole in the driver's headrest that looks like burn, otherwise the seats are lovely. CB radio mic looks like it may have been mounted on the dash at some point, and that is the only thing that mars the dash. An Alpine CD player has been fitted and was working until recently, but currently is not powering up. Likely just fuse. The rear seat comes with the car, but had removed it to make the car identical to the one had when brand new. Exterior shows some wear and tear. No significant damage to speak of, just some faded paint, parking lot dents etc. Wheels are nice freshly painted alloys with brand new tyres. Original 12" wheels with decent tyres are included in the auction. Mechanically, the car is very strong and runs extremely well. A brand new twin-outlet sports exhaust was added earlier this year and the car sounds amazing...just the right amount of nice, raspy exhaust note. The carbie was fully rebuilt this year and new coil, distributor cover and rotor were also fitted. The car can be slow to start when it hasn't been driven for while, but once running, it goes great. Brakes are great and it stops perfectly. Steering is tight and suspension good. Glass is all good. All electrics work (other than the radio at the moment) This is very cheap car to run, maintain and insure. If you were going to use it as daily driver, I'd recommend having an auto electrician look at the cold starting issue, but otherwise, it is car I'd confidently jump in and drive 1000kms if required. Be aware that the car attracts LOTS of good attention! You'll have hard time going unnoticed in this. Plus it's car you don't have to drive too fast to really enjoy it. Please remember you are bidding to buy, not to look at it after the auction ends. encourage you to come and test drive the car and make sure you like it before bidding. If you bid on it without looking at it, understand that you will be buying it if you are the high bidder. have the car advertised elsewhere and reserve the right to end the auction if it sells prior. have some pressing bills for another car that need to be paid, and don't use the Honda as much as would like, so am reluctantly selling it for whatever it bids for. The car is list elsewhere for twenty nine hundred, but I'm open to some negotiation. Feel free to message me with ANY questions.
